Aryanne Pintal has a degree in Human Resources Management from the Université du Québec à Montréal (UQAM), which she obtained in 2014. She began her career in the construction industry, where she worked for nearly six years. This experience allowed her to develop strong expertise in human resources management within demanding operational environments, where team engagement and supporting managers are key priorities.

Since 2019, Aryanne has specialized in the dental industry, where she has developed unique expertise at the intersection of human resources and clinic operations. Over the years, she has supported dentist-owners and managers in optimizing their management practices while contributing to the development of high-performing, engaging work environments tailored to the realities of the industry.

As Senior Director, Human Capital and Advisory Services at Escient, Aryanne supports dental clinics in implementing HR best practices. She works closely with dentist-owners and managers, providing strategic guidance and practical solutions tailored to the specific realities and challenges of each dental clinic. Known for her people-centered approach, strong listening skills, and pragmatism, she focuses on building lasting, trust-based relationships with her clients.

Outside the firm, Aryanne devotes most of her time to her two children, family, and close group of friends. For her, every occasion is a good opportunity to gather around a great meal and create cherished memories with the people she loves.
