Holder of a master’s degree in business strategy and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, Cyntia has more than 12 years of experience in the dental industry. Over the years, she has developed recognized expertise in operations optimization, change management, and supporting teams toward sustainable performance.

Before joining Escient, Cyntia worked within a major network of dental clinics before co-founding Dentago. Drawing on this dual operational and entrepreneurial experience, she has supported many managers and dentist-owners in their growth and transformation projects. Her approach aims to simplify operations, strengthen management practices, and enable teams to devote more time and energy to high-value activities for the organization, patients, and employees.

Recognized for her human, pragmatic, and structured approach, Cyntia helps organizations turn their challenges into opportunities for growth. Her field experience, combined with her analytical skills and business acumen, enables her to implement concrete, sustainable solutions that support the harmonious evolution of processes, tools, and teams.
