Holding a Master’s degree in Business Strategy, Patrick St-Onge brings more than 12 years of experience in the dental industry. Having worked within a rapidly growing clinic network, Patrick has contributed to the execution of major strategic initiatives, including acquisitions, relocations, renovations, and organizational transformations.

Known for his pragmatic approach, analytical skills, and broad understanding of organizations, Patrick works closely with dentist-owners to help them build higher-performing, better-structured practices that are less dependent on their day-to-day involvement. As Vice President, Advisory Services and Strategic Management, he focuses on turning organizational challenges into opportunities for growth and value creation.

On a more personal note, Patrick takes every opportunity to enjoy his favorite sports and spend quality time with his family. Always up for a happy hour, he is known for his positive energy and authentic approach to building meaningful relationships.
